I haven't done any type of real exercises in awhile. Yesterday I ventured back into the yoga world and today I actually did a full routine. I'm very proud of myself. I hope I can stay with it. That is all.

 I am trying to decide what kind of indoor herb garden to get my mom for her birthday. Its 2 days before Christmas so I would like for it to be a little special. She has a big milestone birthday this year. Any suggestions, experiences, etc?

If you keep another blog somewhere, what site do you use? I've been yoying around with a couple places and I'd like to know what places other folks use. thanks. I'm screening comments in case anyone dosen't want teirs posted.

My website has been updated. I spent a lot of today getting it fixed again.

I haven't really felt like writing lately. I was born in Virginia. My dad graduated from Va. Tech. I have always felt close to that school and that campus. Its a beautiful place for those who don't know it. Although, unfortunately, due to tragic circumstances many will now know it that didn't know before.
Its easy to say what should have been done after all of the bad stuff has occcured. I don't particulary want to criticize because I just don't think much could have been done differently.
I do wish sometimes we could throw all the guns in the world in a big fire or ocean and let them dissappear for good. But, I'm not going to say anything about gun control. There are enough people doing that plus I know some of you out there enjoy hunting and shooting for sport and recreation and I know hunting is necessary. 
What I am going to say is just this:
My heart goes out to all the students, teachers, parents, families, and all of the Va. TEch family during this time of tragedy and healing.
May there be better days ahead.
I love you all and am thinking and praying about all of this.

I found out that i'm on a managed health care plan now and will have to more than likely change cardiologists. Oh, well, such is life. At least I have some insurance now.
It's been chilly here in Georgia today and yesterday. I haven't watched the weather today so I don't know which direction the weather is going.
I've been watching movies on TCM all day pretty much. I've seen Kitty Foyle, Born Yesterday with Judy Holiday, which I love, and right now I'm watching I want to Live with Susan Hayward. I might change it soon so I can see the weather. 
My mom isn't feeling well so we didn't go get my coumadin level checked. We will next week.
I've been tallking to this guy on yahoo and on the phone for a few days. He seems nice but I am really in no hurry to meet anyone right now. I'm enjoying being relaxed and not overly uptight about anything. 
I've been playing the sims pets on my gameboy constantly. Its relaxing and I enjoy it.
I decided to read Hillary Clinton;s biography today. I fingured if she's running for prez I should find out more about her early life and stuff. 
Guess that's all for now.

I played the game wordtravels on the computer last night and I learned about words I didn't know existed. My vocabulary was defintely enriched. If I keep playing this game I'm going to have to keep a little notebook or something. Nothing like a learning experience.

My folks and I went out for a late supper tonight at a seafood place not to far from our house. The food was very good. I had popcorn shrimp. My mom had salmon and my dad had steak. It was a nice meal.
I have been thinking about my ongoing relationships with certain people. I'm thinking about just telling these people to leave me alone but I'm not sure yet. I hate burning bridges. I guess that's all for now.
